We strive to deliver exceptional services and ensure complete satisfaction for our valued clients. To maintain transparency and foster a positive working relationship, we have established the following payment and refund policy:

Payment Terms:
1. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other mutually agreed upon methods.
2. Payment Schedule: Our consultancy services are billed based on a mutually agreed-upon project scope and timeline. We will provide you with a detailed invoice outlining the services rendered and the associated costs.
3. Deposit: For projects exceeding a specified budget, we may require a deposit or upfront payment. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the project initiation phase.

Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation by the Client: Should you decide to cancel our consultancy services before the commencement of the project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. In such cases, any paid fees or deposits will be refunded in accordance with the following conditions:
a. If cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the project start date, a full refund will be provided.
b. If cancellation occurs less than 1 day prior to the project start date, a refund will be provided after deducting any costs incurred or work already performed.

2. Cancellation by Larrinez Consulting LLC: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or terminate the agreed-upon project, we will inform you promptly and provide a full refund of any fees or deposits you have paid.

3. Project Completion and Satisfaction: We strive to exceed your expectations with our consultancy services. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the results delivered, please notify us within 3 days of the project’s completion. We will work closely with you to address any concerns or issues and provide appropriate solutions. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that this payment and refund policy applies to consultancy services provided by Larrinez Consulting LLC. Specific terms and conditions may be outlined in our client agreement or contract, which will be shared with you before starting the project.
